Kelly DeSousa and Sarah Beaman are co-founders of Indigo Art Therapy Studio. They are both master’s level, registered art therapists and licensed professional educators with certifications in exceptional student education. Kelly is also a certified yoga instructor.
Together they have over two decades of combined experience working with individuals with special needs in a variety of settings. They share the vision of an inclusive studio where art is accessible to all.
Kelly and Sarah help individuals of all ages and abilities to create their own healing through art therapy, yoga instruction, and personalized mindfulness practices. Their holistic approach focuses on restoring and supporting emotional, physical, and mental balance.
