Lorraine Michelle Lee, MS
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
I believe that everyone can improve or change the path they take to become successful in life and in relationships. As a clinician, I love to help people make these changes. I offer an encompassing perspective through a practical lens, and I lead with commitment and a passion for helping people in my community.
Areas of Specialty (What I do best)
I am skilled in working with individuals and families around trauma, and conflict resolution with children of all abilities between the ages of 5 to 17. I’ve worked with an array of diverse populations including Duval County public and private schools, substance abuse, the Department of Corrections, and Suicide Prevention programs.
My Education and Training
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with over 20 years’ experience in the mental health field. I completed a bachelor’s in business management at the University of Phoenix and continued my studies at Springfield College where I earned a master’s degree in human services. I am passionate about my career as a clinician and helping the community understand the stigma of mental health and the effects it has on our children and young adults. I am an immensely proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority whose primary goals are to serve the community.
Over the past two decades, I have played a key leadership role in growing small to medium size businesses which focus on community services of children and families by adding a behavioral health therapy component.
