Shaletha Robinson, MSW
Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern
Life is inevitable, but healing and growth is beautiful and attainable. We often need someone to help us find the beauty of growth, healing, and overcoming past obstacles. Someone with a heart of compassion that can walk the journey with us as we navigate through the different stages of life.
How I can Relate
I have experienced a lot of ‘life’ that I lean on to fuel my heart of compassion. For the sake of disclosure, I have lived through multiple first-hand traumas and am a survivor of numerous Adverse Childhood Experiences. I have borne witness to the beauty of mental health therapy along my own healing journey. Through these growth-inspired experiences, I am determined to provide as much hope and compassion through other’s therapeutic journeys as I have gained personally.
In addition, I have worked in the Child Welfare System for eight years with children who have been abused, abandoned, and/or neglected. Many of these children had medical, mental health, or developmental disorders. I’ve also work with the parents of these children who experienced challenges such as mental health disorders, substance abuse, and developmental delays.
I have developed a passion for working with children, individuals and families who have seen their fair share of life challenge. I am passionate about helping those who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, trauma, PTSD, self-image, and social skills challenges.

Currently, I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, actively pursuing Licensure and am under supervision. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work in 2012 and Master of Social Work in 2014 from the University of West Florida. Additionally, I am certified in Child Welfare.
